Korff Enterprises was formed in 1979 to organize what became the A&P Tennis Classic in Mahwah, New Jersey.  The company has owned or operated over 100 different events including professional tennis, golf, triathlon, concerts, balloon festivals, and more.  

Korff Enterprises is based in New York City and owned by John Korff.  The company owns the 7th Nautica New York City Triathlon – one of the three largest Olympic distance triathlons in the world.    

Korff Enterprises is partners with Howard Freeman and owns the Quick Chek New Jersey Festival of Ballooning - the largest summertime hot air balloon festival in North America.  The three day Festival draws 125,000 spectators to Solberg Airport in Readington, New Jersey. 

The company currently organizes Foodland Supermarket’s sponsorship of the Turtle Bay Senior PGA golf tournament on the North Shore of O’ahu.  This nationally televised tournament has featured all of the top names in men’s professional golf. The company staged the US Olympic Triathlon Trials in 2004 in Honolulu Hawaii.  This was the first privately organized Olympic Trials in any US Olympic sport and the first Olympic event held in Hawaii. Korff Enterprises helped found the JAL Honolulu Triathlon in 2005 and co-organized the ITU World Triathlon Championships in Honolulu in 2005. 

The company currently works with New York Road Runners and organizes all on-course entertainment for The ING New York City Marathon.
